What is RealMail.club?
RealMail.club is a monthly mailbox letter subscription created to bring back the warmth of real mail in a world that feels fast, noisy, and digital.
Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully written letter from me in a real envelope you can hold, open slowly, and return to whenever you need a moment of reassurance or connection.
Every letter is personally written not AI, not a generic script and is filled with compassion, encouragement, reflection and the reminder that you are not alone.
Think of it as a small ritual: a pause in your month to breathe, feel seen, and spend a few quiet minutes with a friend on paper.
We celebrate the beauty of “slow mail” because some feelings are meant to be held in your hands, not just scrolled past.
When will I get it?
Letters go out on the 28th of every month. Delivery times will depend on where you live, but part of the magic is in the little wait and anticipation of opening something made just for you.
If it feels like your letter is taking unusually long to arrive, you’re always welcome to reach out and we’ll look into it together. If your address changes just simply let me know before the 25th of the month and we will correct it accordingly.
What if it doesn't arrive?
If your RealMail.club letter doesn’t arrive, send a message and I’ll make it right either by resending your letter or gifting you an extra month at no cost.
Occasionally, letters are delayed or returned by the postal service. I usually allow time until the end of the month for any returns, then resend if needed. If it looks like your letter has gone missing, I’ll follow up where possible, and if it still doesn’t reach you, you’ll receive a free “gift month” that you can use for yourself or send to a friend.
A note on timing: If you sign up before the 28th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 28th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to most countries globally, except those on the U.S. sanctions or USPS restricted list.
